19. Application-Specific Privacy Information
Because i-Motion operates multiple applications, the information collected by each application may differ. The following notes summarize app-specific practices for major i-Motion apps.
- MarketBridge — a commerce and marketplace platform. MarketBridge may collect information needed to list products and complete transactions (product listings, seller and buyer profiles, shipping addresses, order history, and payment/transaction metadata). Payment details are processed by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their privacy policies. Public content such as product listings, seller ratings, and reviews may be visible to other users.
- CareOS — a care and services platform. CareOS may collect profile information, appointment and scheduling data, health-related preferences or care notes you voluntarily provide, and communications between service providers and users. CareOS may request camera, photo, and location permissions to support telehealth, remote assessments, or in-person service delivery. Sensitive health-related information will only be collected and processed with explicit consent where required and in accordance with applicable law.
- AreaLine — a logistics, delivery, and tracking platform. AreaLine may collect precise location data, trip/delivery history, driver and vehicle metadata, timestamps, delivery instructions, and communications necessary to coordinate and track deliveries. Location data may be used to provide real-time tracking and route optimization and may be collected while the app is in use or, where disclosed, in the background.
- Other i-Motion apps (AllShop, AreaHire, Goldline, etc.) — each app may request permissions and collect data appropriate to its functionality (for example, AllShop may collect commerce and transaction details; AreaHire may collect ride and driver data). Users should review the in-app privacy notices for details specific to each application.
- Civic Eye — Civic Eye collects incident reports, location metadata, photos, timestamps, and optional user notes submitted for civic issues. Submitted reports may be shared with public authorities or partner organizations where necessary to resolve the issue or where you explicitly opt to share. Civic Eye may request location and camera/photo permissions to enable accurate reporting and evidence uploads. Publicly visible reports will not include unnecessary personal data unless you include it in the report. We process Civic Eye data in accordance with user selections, local moderation practices, and applicable law.
Where an application’s data practices differ materially from the general practices described in this Privacy Policy, the application will provide additional disclosures, consent prompts, and settings to manage those features. If you have any questions about a particular app's practices, contact us at the privacy contact listed below.
